Operations during Covid restrictions
We aim to ensure that Guests continue to enjoy their stays at the White Lodge. We are however having to operate under strict guidance to ensure the Health and Safety of Guests and Staff. This will mean that we have had to change the way we operate for the time being. Changes include:-
-Check-in information will be sent to Guests prior to stay and guests will be requested to state an approximate arrival time, although we will not be able to accept a check-in until after 2pm. We politely request that if you feel un-well you stay at home.
-Hand sanitisers will be available on entry and throughout the building and Guests are requested to please use it and wear a mask in public places
-Cleaning procedures include regular sanitisation of public areas and cleaning and sanitising of rooms. Fresh duvets, pillows and cushions will be provided for each stay. Soft furnishings disinfected. Rooms will be secured after cleaning for guest arrival.
-Complimentary items will be provided in each room, however all items will be disposable and recyclable.
-Breakfast will be provided to the guest room and will include a choice of Continental and Hot Breakfast Bap
-For stays longer than 1 night, extra complimentary items will be provided, although full housekeeping will not operate.
-Clear information will be provided in all guests rooms with regards to operating during the current restrictions.
We apologise that we will not be offering the Full Range of services, but we hope to return to normal operation as and when circumstances allow.
